Can I attend MAB events if I'm not a member?

While some MAB events are open to non-members, members enjoy significant discounts on event registration fees and exclusive access to certain events.

As an individual member, how do I renew?

To renew your membership, simply log into your MAB account, navigate to the membership section, select the “Renew” button and follow the renewal prompts provided.

Is membership based on a calendar year?

MAB membership is for 12 months and starts once it is paid for. If you are part of a group membership, your membership is activated once you use the provided group membership code.

Can I renew early?

Yes, you can renew early. Renewing before your expiration date will simply add 12 months to your current membership. You won’t lose any months; your new expiration date will be extended accordingly.

How does group membership work?

Once the payment has been processed, you are sent a receipt and a unique group code. The directions are to pass the code out to everyone in the group so they can individually create or renew their membership. Please click here for an example of the process each group member will complete.

I’m part of a group membership. Why does everyone have a different expiration date?

Each group member’s expiration date depends on when they redeemed their membership using the group code. Renewal dates are based on individual redemption times.

Does MAB issue a membership ID number?

No, your primary email address serves as your unique identifier for AMA membership.
